Have you ever wondered why all these asteroid apocalyptic movies like Don’t Look Up or Armageddon rarely show India, or Indian scientists?
Well, I have. Especially since watching Don’t Look Up, where India featured for just a few seconds. And we weren’t saving the world or anything.
So, I thought: Do we have scientists in India searching for killer asteroids? If there’s an asteroid coming towards India, will we get help from other countries? Is there a way to survive this future? Also, has India been bombarded by space rocks in the past?
I have some of these answers for you in the latest episode of Imagined Tomorrow. There’s a bit of fiction in it. And some really amazing sound design by my friend Abhijit Shylanath.
